1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

2. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. How to Return

Please download our Return Form (which you can find at the top of this page) and include it in your return package. Send the parcel to the return address stated on the Return Form and hand it in at a post office near you.

Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held liable for loss or damage during return shipping, so we recommend sending your return via registered or trackable mail.

Make sure your return is packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage. Please keep your proof of shipment until we have confirmed receipt and processed your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase.
