Welcome to Drippiez Room. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit our website or place an order with us. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies referred to on our website.

2. Our Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials and details as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or lighting. Small differences in colour, texture or finish do not automatically mean that a product is defective.
Products are available while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item if we are unable to fulfil your order.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your purchase.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel and refund the affected order.
4. Placing an Order
After completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during your purchase.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a payment problem, incorrect customer information, an obvious pricing or stock error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country or device.
Payments are handled securely through the payment providers available through our webshop. Drippiez Room does not directly store your complete payment card details.
Your order can only be processed once payment has been successfully completed or authorised.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we have specifically agreed otherwise. Delays caused by a shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Please make sure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
Once your order arrives, we recommend checking it promptly. If something is missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info.drippiezroom@gmail.com.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Your purchase is covered by the statutory consumer rights that apply in the Netherlands.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only during the period and under the conditions stated with the promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined or applied to purchases that have already been completed.
Promotional products remain subject to availability.

The Drippiez Room name, branding, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, written content and other original material on our website may be protected by intellectual property rights.
You may use our website for personal shopping purposes. Our content may not be commercially reproduced, copied, distributed or used without our permission or the permission of the relevant rights holder.

We take reasonable care in operating our webshop and fulfilling orders.
Drippiez Room is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control or for indirect losses where such liability can lawfully be excluded.
